The advantages of the POSTMOLD ROTO-TRANSTIP® 888 include flexible application timing, as it can be applied once the roto-molded part has reached room temperature or weeks to months after production. Softer and more flexible than the previous ROTO-TRANSTIP® 877, it allows easier application and improved resistance to flaming, enabling longer flaming for stronger fusion with polyethylene. The self-adhesive system allows quick application on a clean, smooth surface without oil, PE powder, or dust, with no flaming required before application and usability from 15°C or 51°F. After application, a simple flaming process ensures strong fusion, while Pantone, RAL, and graphic color charts, as well as barcodes and QR codes, remain intact and readable.
