Check out the highlights from the thrilling final day of the Extreme Kayak World Championship event, Level Six’s King of the Alps 2023! It was an incredible weekend with talented paddlers from around the world, including New Zealand, Chile, Colombia, USA, GBR, and more. Saturday, 3rd, in the Passeier Valley witnessed fast laps, fierce determination, and a few intense moments.
The finals showcased some incredibly tight times, leading Nouria Newman to claim the title of Queen in the Women’s Final. River Mutton secured an impressive second place, closely followed by Marlène Devillez in third. In the Men’s Final, Zack Mutton emerged as the champion, edging out George Snooks by a mere 0.12 seconds, with Matthias Werger closely behind in third, trailing by only 0.13 of a second!
It was an unforgettable event that showcased the skill and passion of these extraordinary athletes. Congratulations to all the participants on their performances! Hope to see everyone again next year!
