Engineered for the long haul, the Horizon is built to go the distance on rugged expedition routes where every ounce and every stroke counts.

Engineered for the long haul, the Horizon is built to go the distance on rugged expedition routes where every ounce and every stroke counts. Balancing backcountry durability with lightweight composite performance, it is designed for paddlers who venture far beyond the beaten path. Featuring Lam-Lok™ patent-pending edge protection, more than 33 feet of aramid thread wrap the blade edges to resist delamination, impact, and abrasion, dramatically extending paddle life through the toughest terrain. A carbon blade peg reinforces the joint between blade and shaft, adding strength and delivering a smooth, consistent feel in the water. Compression-molded fiberglass blades with aramid reinforcement provide a precise, responsive stroke that stays light on fatigue while remaining highly dependable. The 100% carbon shaft keeps swing weight low, while the hooked, shatter-resistant T-grip ensures confident handling and control in rough water. Purpose-built for Class I-III whitewater and extended wilderness travel, the Horizon combines expedition-level toughness with refined efficiency, rugged enough for sustained abuse and light enough for fast, efficient water.
